Hello Phoenix provides the most HIPPA Compliant after hours messaging services available today. Because we use advance telecommunications technology we are able to save medical offices 30%-50% over traditional live operator services.
Our Messaging Service is designed to handle your calls professionally, courteously, and concisely. How your calls are answered is determined upon your specifications at time of account activation. Once your parameters are established, our service will always answer your calls to your exact requirements.
Messages can be delivered by a variety of methods including Email, Alpha Page, SMS Text Message and Dispatch
ASPA Rates
